Fly your own radio in Roblox.

Plug in your EdgeTX radio and fly an FPV obby in the sky: gates, a power loop, a split-S, a tube to thread, four difficulty sizes and leaderboards. Replay your last 30 seconds from 8 cameras and save the clip.

Do the quick start first

Roblox can't see your radio until you do one of the two setups below. It takes about 5 minutes, once. Skip it and the game just keeps saying "wiggle each stick".

• A Windows 10 or 11 PC and the Roblox app (roblox.com/download, free account).
• An EdgeTX radio and a USB data cable (not a charge-only one).
• Your normal quad model: sticks on channels 1 to 4, an arm switch on 5 to 8.

Option 1: Quick setup (once)

1. Press the Windows key, type powershell, press Enter. Paste these 4 lines, press Enter, and look for SUCCESS. If Windows asks about pasting several lines, choose Paste anyway.

2. Restart the PC. Closing Roblox or your browser is not enough.

This adds one setting to your Windows account that makes your radio a game controller in Roblox (in every Roblox game, so unplug it for others). Undo it in PowerShell, then restart:

Option 2: Launcher (nothing changes on your PC)

1. Download the launcher and keep it somewhere easy, like the desktop.
2. Every time you fly, double-click it instead of using the game link. It checks the radio is plugged in, closes any Roblox already running and opens the game with your radio.
3. The first time, Windows may say "Windows protected your PC": click More info, then Run anyway. It's a short text file; right-click it and pick Edit to read every line first.

Then play

1. Plug the radio in first and pick USB Joystick (HID), before opening Roblox.
2. Open the game (Option 1) or double-click the launcher (Option 2).
3. Click the game, then move each stick and the arm switch once.
4. First visit: radio setup opens by itself and finds your sticks, reversed channels and arm switch (Mode 1 and TAER work too). Press K to run it again.
5. Throttle down, flip the arm switch, fly.

Fitted to a real quad's blackbox logs

The flight model is fitted to blackbox logs from a real 3-inch 4S freestyle quad: how the motors respond, how it carries speed, how it falls. Press E and paste your Betaflight diff all to fly your own rates and tune. Press T to tune the feel.

Is it safe?

No drivers, no admin password, and nothing is ever written to your radio. Option 1 is one Windows setting you can undo with one line; Option 2 changes nothing on your PC.

No radio?

An Xbox or PlayStation controller works (press M). Phones and tablets get touch sticks. Mac: coming.
